LETTERA ALLA FAMIGLIA COMBONIANA PER IL GIUBILEO DELLA MISERICORDIA - LETTER TO THE COMBONI FAMILY FOR THE JUBILEE YEAR OF MERCY

  "Con questa lettera, frutto del momento di preghiera, riflessione e condivisione che abbiamo vissuto insieme al termine dell’anno della Vita Consacrata e all’inizio dell’Anno Giubilare della Misericordia, desideriamo offrire a tutti i membri della Famiglia Comboniana, alcune nostre riflessioni e, soprattutto, invitare ciascuna/o a vivere in profondità le sfide e le opportunità che l’Anno giubilare ci offre personalmente e come Famiglia. A tal fine desideriamo proporvi una giornata comune di preghiera, ricordando quanto Comboni ci diceva: “l’onnipotenza della preghiera è la nostra forza.”"(S 3323).

"With this letter, fruit of a period of prayer, reflection and sharing that we lived together at the closing of the Year for Consecrated Life and the commencement of Jubilee Year of Mercy, we wish to offer all the members of the Comboni Family some of our reflections and we want especially to invite each one of you to live in depth the challenges and opportunities that the Jubilee Year offers us personally and as a Family. To this end we desire to propose to you a day of prayer in common, remembering what Comboni told us: “The omnipotence of prayer is our strength” "(W 1969).
